A Perry County man has been arrested on an animal cruelty charge. The Perry County Sheriff’s Department receive a call of a dead dog on a porch on August 24 at 70 Jordan Hill DR in Bonnyman. Sergeant Ruey Couch responded to the scene and found a decomposing body of a dog on the porch next to the door of the home. An arrest warrant was obtained and served on Bruce Combs, who was lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
