A Georgia man was arrested around 1:14pm on September 14 in Laurel County. Two off duty deputies were eating breakfast at a Huddle House in London where they observed Bobby Reaves, 36 of Lyons, Georgia, stand up, remove his shirt and walk towards a repair man in a fighting stance, creating a disturbance.
