Drivers using KY 15 south of Jackson in Breathitt County should prepare for delays beginning Monday, September 25. A paving project will begin with the work zone stretching eight miles, from the KY 1110 intersection at Haddix to the KY 1812 North Main Street intersection in the Jackson city limits. Lane closures will be in effect, and one-lane traffic will be controlled by flaggers while the project is underway. This will impact traffic between Jackson and Hazard.
