Kentucky State Police Post 8 Morehead was contacted by Wolfe County Dispatch the morning of Wednesday, October 18, 2017 regarding a hit and run collision, leaving Lloyd “Douglas” Stacy deceased. The collision occurred on KY 15, approximately 1 mile south of Campton, where Mr. Stacy had been riding a bicycle. Vehicle parts at the scene indicate the vehicle that fled the scene would be a 2008-2012 “urban moss” color Chevy Malibu. The Malibu would have front passenger side damage to the bumper, hood, and head light assembly. If spotted, please contact Kentucky State Police Post 8 at 606-784-4127.
