The Highlands Plaza will be holding a Halloween Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 21, 2017. Come dressed in your costume, bring your treat bags and follow the ghoulish trail for devilish treats. Parents must accompany children and treats are available while supplies last. The Halloween Trick or Treat at Highlands Plaza will be from 12pm to 3pm.
