On Saturday, October 21, a Laurel County woman was arrested following a crash. The single vehicle crash occurred in the southbound lane of I-75. Deputy Byron Lawson arrived at the scene to discover 38-year-old Jennifer Hubbard in the driver’s seat of a green colored Ford. A strong odor of alcohol was emitting from the subject, and an investigation determined she was under the influence. Hubbard was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
