At approximately 3am the morning of Friday, November 3, 2017, Ashland Police served a search warrant in the 2300 block of Ballard Street in Ashland. The search warrant was executed in reference to a drug investigation. Officers arrested Lemarc Jacobs, 38, of Ashland, for possession of controlled substance, and 37-year-old Amanda Murphy, also of Ashland, on an unrelated warrant out of Greenup County.
