Knox County Escapee Arrested for Drug Charges

On Thursday, November 9, 2017, Knox County Deputies received information that Jeremy Gregory, an escapee from the Bluegrass Career Development Center in Madison County, was at a residence on Trent Hill in Girdler. After deputies arrived on scene, they observed something looking out a window. After knocking with no response, deputies attempted to open the door, which was being blocked by someone inside. Eventually, the person moved away from the door, allowing deputies inside. Jeremy Gregory, 24, and Joanne Gregory, 54, were arrested and charged with possession of drugs and paraphernalia, with Jeremy also charged with escape. They were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
