The Harlan County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Bledsoe man for possession of methamphetamine on Friday, November 17, 2017. The arrest occurred following a traffic stop around 2am. Lack Bailey, 35, was arrested and additionally charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disregarding stop sign. He was also served with two Harlan County District Court Bench Warrants and a Bell County District Court Bench Warrant.
