Two were arrested near East Bernstadt in Laurel County following a drug investigation. On Wednesday, November 29, 2017, Detectives and deputies were conducting an investigation at a residence off Fire Station Road. Inside the residence, the sheriff’s office found two subjects in possession of loaded needles and other drugs. Troy Miller, 50, and Melissa Campbell, 35, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. Both were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
