On Friday, December 15, 2017, around 11:30pm, Johnson County Deputy J.P. Primm was dispatched on a call of a suspicious vehicle parked across from RECC on KY Rt 321. When Deputy Primm arrived, the vehicle drove up a drive way. The driver was observed exiting the vehicle and fled into the woods on foot. During the investigation, Deputy Primm found baggies containing a crystal substance, a loose prescription pill, several needles, and a leather pouch with several baggies. The driver was later identified as 37-year-old Brian Douglas Blair. The case is still under investigation and charges are pending.
