The City of Prestonsburg with be holding the third annual Raising of the Star in Archer Park on New Year’s Eve. The star will be raised for the star city during the countdown to midnight with a fireworks finale. Beginning Friday, December 29, 2017, the rides at Archer Park will be open each evening during the weekend for only $1.
