The Ashland Police Department made a drug arrest following a shoplifting complaint the evening of Sunday, February 4, 2018. While investigating the complaint, they found the subject, identified as 27-year-old Kimberly Johnson of South Point, Ohio had an outstanding warrant. Additionally, she was found to be in possession of several grams of suspect methamphetamine. Johnson was charged with being a fugitive from another state and possession of controlled substance and lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center.
