Two were arrested in Laurel County on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 following a complaint to social services. The arrests occurred off Nu Way Trail around 4:30pm with Deputy Jamie Etherton assisting social services. Upon arrival at the scene, investigating agencies noted unfit living conditions at the residence occupied by two adults and children. Jessica Warfield, 34, and Brian Callebs, 39, were charged with criminal abuse and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center. The children were removed from the residence by social services and placed with other family members.
