On Friday, February 16, 2018, the Kentucky State Police in Morehead were notified of a fatal accident on KY 715 in Wolfe County. James Brewer, age 41, of Zachariah, was traveling south bound on KY 715 when a tree fell on top of the vehicle he was operating. Brewer sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead by the Wolfe County Coroner Frank Porter.
