On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, around 8:30am, Knox County Sheriff Mike Smith received information of illegal drug activity at a residence on Citgo Lane in Dewitt. Around 1:50pm, Deputy Sam Mullins traveled to the residence. During his investigation, Deputy Mullins located a plastic baggie containing suspected methamphetamine. He arrested Harold Mills, age 66 of Scalf, KY, charging him with possession of controlled substance. Mills was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
