Two Arrested in Laurel County on Drug Paraphernalia Possession

Around 9:30pm Wednesday, May 23, 2018, Laurel County deputies arrested two individuals in a business parking lot off Rocky Branch Road. The driver of a red Ford Mustang was observed smoking a glass pipe containing suspected methamphetamine. An investigation found the driver and passenger in possession of a glass pipe containing meth residue, which had allegedly been purchased from a subject in Corbin. The driver, Glenn Kinder, 42, of Corbin, was determined to be under the influence. Kinder and his passenger, 34-year-old Ashley Bennett of Eubank, were arrested and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
