Clara Belle Cisco – age 61 of Beech Creek, WV passed away Friday; May 25, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday; May 29, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Devon Church of Christ.

Garnett Rowe age 36 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 28, 2018 at the Paul B Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. She is the wife of Billy Rowe, who survives. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
