Rosie Whitaker Cibock age 88 of La Porte, Indiana, formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the Golden Living Center in La Porte, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Andy Coon and Rebecca Dollie Risner Whitaker. She was the wife of Glen “Skip” Whitaker, who preceded her in death. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
