A man was arrested in Laurel County on July 4, 2018, following a domestic disturbance complaint. The arrest occurred around 10:26am off Ravenwood View Road. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies conducted an investigation. While interviewing the female subject, a disturbance was created by the male subject, identified as 65-year-old David Grigsby, who cursed and threatened deputies. Grigsby was charged with terroristic threatening, alcohol intoxication, and menacing. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
