The Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the East Kentucky Dream Center is scheduled for Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at 1pm and is open to the public. The Dream Center is a faith-based, charitable organization that finds and fills the needs of struggling people across Eastern Kentucky. The Dream Center will begin serving immediate needs such as food, clothing, and hygiene products, all free of charge. Beginning Friday, August 31, 2018, and continuing every Wednesday and Friday, from 11am to 1pm, they will serve a hot, nutritious lunch at the Dream Center kitchen, located at 220 S Mayo Trail in Pikeville. Additionally, they will offer clothing and food box services, confidentially, and available by appointment.
