The Prestonsburg City Council held an open forum meeting on Monday, September 17, 2018 at the Mountain Arts Center. In discussing the pieces of the strategic plan currently being implemented by the city, Mayor Les Stapleton said improving outdoor tourism, marketing, and reopening the Jenny Wiley Amphitheater  are some of the strategies currently being done.
