The Martin City Police Department is reporting a burglary arrest. The arrest occurred on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 around 1:3opm at the Martin Church of Christ. Police were dispatched to a complaint there advising a male subject attempting to break into the church. Upon Chief Kenny Stidham’s arrival at the scene, he observed an individual, identified as 40-year-old Rogie Case, attempting to break into the church. Case was arrested and charged with burglary. He was lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
