The City of Martin will be hosting the Red, White, and Blue Days Festival beginning Thursday, October 18, 2018, with a special one time offer. On Thursday from 5pm to 10pm, all carnival rides at the Red White and Blue Festival will be free. Once again, the free carnival rides will be Thursday and Thursday only.
