Alexander Russell age 93 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the Paul B Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was the husband of Alkie Phipps Russell, who preceded him in death. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by the Magoffin County Funeral Home.

Phillip Jo Horn 32, of Crum, WV passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Funeral services will be held at the Perry Point Church on Jennies Creek Rd, Kermit, WV on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 1:00pm.
