On Thursday, March 14, 2019, members of the Louisa Police Department and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office with DICE served warrants which resulted in the arrests of four individuals. Two of the individuals arrested were Jonie Collinsworth and James West, both of Louisa, on outstanding warrants. As part of an ongoing investigation, officers arrested 34-year-old Joshua Fetherolf, of Meads Branch, on an outstanding warrant, as well as possession  of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Also arrested was 42-year-old Joseph Marcum, of Blaine Creek Road, for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and evading police.
