Four Arrested Following Drug Investigation in Knox County

Four were arrested on drug related charges Monday, May 6, 2019 in Knox County. Deputies Mikey Ashurst and Bobby Jones responded to a residence around 1:40am on Johnson Hollow Road after receiving information of drug activity at that address. After conducting an investigation, the deputies located two plastic bags containing suspected methamphetamine, a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana, syringes, digital scales, and a .22 caliber rifle. Arrested were 39-year-old Joseph Middleton, 20-year-old Jade Carroll, 28-year-old Charles Garland, all of Gray, and 29-year-old Heather Mills of Knoxville. They were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
