NATTO, the state’s contractor, will begin drilling 10 different embankment failures along Joe’s Creek on KY 3227 in Pike County the morning of Monday, May 13, 2019. The road will be closed from mile point 2.3 to the intersection with KY 194 between the hours of 9am and 5pm for at least two weeks. Vince Hayes, District 12 Section Engineer, said the work will accommodate school and work traffic in the mornings and afternoons, but will otherwise be closed during working hours, Monday through Friday, until the repairs are complete.
