Veterans Benefits Field Representative Brian Bowman will be at the Floyd County Library in Prestonsburg on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 9am to 3pm. Veterans and their dependents will receive assistance filing for Federal and State veteran’s benefits. This services is provided free of charge by the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs.
