Kentucky River Regional Care opened a new Sapling Center in Hazard on Wednesday.

 

The Sapling Center is a place for young people ages 14 to 25 to hang out, surf the web or simply do laundry.

The new building has three floors and, because of all the new space, they were able to add a conference room.

 

The new location of the Sapling Center is in downtown Hazard, where the Lions Club Montessori School was located.
