Kentucky State Police and Rockcastle 911 responded to a report of two gunshot victims over the weekend.

Police say it happened on Mohawk Lane Road in Rockcastle County.

Two people were shot just after 7 a.m on Saturday morning. 

They were sent to UK Hospital where police say they were treated and released.

Police say they have not yet identified the suspect.

The detective working the case believes this was an isolated incident and they are continuing to investigate.
