Rock band Journey will make a stop at Rupp Arena during their 2020 tour.

The band will be joined by the Pretenders for the concert.

The concert will be on September 9, 2020, at 7 p.m.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, November 8 at 10 a.m. though American Express Card Members can purchase tickets for select shows beginning Mon, Nov 4.

Journey is an American rock band that formed in San Francisco in 1973, composed of former members of Santana and Frumious Bandersnatch. According to the Recording Industry Association of America, Journey has sold 48 million albums in the U.S., making them the 25th best-selling band.

Journey was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with the class of 2017.

The Pretenders are an English-American rock band formed in March 1978.
