Connie P. Clifton, age 62 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Good Shepherd Health & Rehab, Phelps, Kentucky. She was born October 30, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a disabled cert. nurses aid and member of Cow Creek Freewill Baptist Church. 

Time and Place of Services: Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Visitation: Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 6pm at the funeral home and all day Wednesday

Officiating: Nathan Lafferty

Burial: Family Cemetery, (Caney) Martin, Kentucky
