Dwight D. Sammons 65 of Warfield, KY passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at his home. He was born on January 7, 1954 in Paintsville, KY.

Dwight was a retired coal miner and was of the Methodist Faith.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 1:00pm at the Mullins Family Funeral Home with Joe Mullins officiating.

Burial will follow in the Sammons Family Cemetery of Warfield, KY. Visitation will be from 5-9pm on Friday at the funeral home.
