Vonnie Gorman Chaffin, 78, of Prestonsburg, passed away Friday, Oct. 18 at Mountain Manor Nursing Home in Paintsville, KY following an extended illness.

Visitation will be held Monday, Oct. 21 from 5 to 9 p.m. under the loving and professional care of Carter Funeral Home of Prestonsburg, KY. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 11 a.m. in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Andy Wright officiating. Burial immediately following services at the H.L. Setser Cemetery in Prestonsburg, KY.
