Ruthie Bell Hayslett, age 79, of Wittensville died Thursday November 14, 2019. She was born June 24, 1940 to the late John and Edith Litteral Stambaugh.

Visitation will be held Saturday November 16 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Baker Branch Free Will Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Sunday at the Baker Branch Free Will Baptist Church with Jeremy Estep officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville, KY.
