Charles Orison Carlton, age 78 of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, November 14, 2019 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

Charles was born on July 18, 1941 the son of the late Charles Jennings Carlton and Maxine Smith Carlton.

Visitation will be held from 6pm-8pm on November 16th at J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home.

The Funeral will be on November 17th at 12pm at the Highland Presbyterian Church, with William VanZant officiating.

Burial will follow at the Smith Cemetery in Sidney, KY.
