Charles Evans Osborne, age 67, of Inez, KY passed away November 16, 2019. He was born July 24,1952 in Florida to the late Charles Osborne and Magdalene Webb Osborne.

At the request of the family, there will be no funeral service. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 12 PM to 3 PM.
