Phyllis J. Martin, age 80, of Lexington, KY, formerly of Floyd County, wife of Richard Martin, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at UK Markey Cancer Center, Lexington, KY.

She was born March 16, 1939 in McDowell, KY, Funeral service for Mrs. Martin will be conducted on Thursday, November 21 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Deaner Moore and Jimmy Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY. Visitation is Wednesday 5-9 PM with church service at 6:00 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
