Clarence Lee “Monk” Smith, 94, of Sidney passed away November 19, 2019. Monk was born October 30, 1925, to the late Fred and Lula West Smith.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Friday November 22, 2019 at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with Ed Lockard officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery, Sidney, KY, Pallbearers: Larry, Greg, Daniel, Austin, Rodney Smith, Mitch Rose, Danny R. Whitt, and Justin Edmiston. Visitation will be from 6 – 9 PM Thursday night at the funeral home.
