Herman Moore, 91, of Louisa, KY passed away Monday, November 18, 2019 at Three Rivers Medical Center. Mr. Moore was born March 8, 1928 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Sam and Fannie Howard Moore.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Bonda Salyers and Rev. Roger Ross officiating. Burial will follow in the Judd-Miller Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Friday, November 22 from 11:00 AM until the time of services at Wilson Funeral Home.
