Deborah Anne Taylor, age 67, passed away Sunday, Nov. 24, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Deborah was born on October 10, 1952 to her parents the late James Williamson and Helen Baggett Williamson.

There will be a private family graveside service.
