He is accused of driving under the influence. Troopers said they noticed a 2019 white Chevy Tahoe weaving on East Kentucky 80, hitting the rumble strip several times and crossing the center line.

After failing several field sobriety tests and refusing a blood test at the hospital, police arrested Price on a DUI charge.
