Ruth Fouts Stewart, 83 years of age of Long Fork of Virgie passed away Monday, December 2, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was born December 3, 1935 to the late George and Barbara Stewart Fouts.

Visitations will be Dec. 6th from 6pm-11pm at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home
