Charles Edward Wellman, age 79 of Hi Hat, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky.

He was born January 3, 1940 in Pensacola, Florida to the late Travis Wellman & Julia Louise Majors (James “Shorty”) Bryant.
