Joy E. Burchwell, 95, of Louisa, KY passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Three Rivers Medical Center. Mrs. Burchwell was born August 21, 1924 in Skaggs, Kentucky to the late Proctor J. and Martha Vanover Kelley.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bros. Roger Hill, Skip Cole, and Larry Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in the Skaggs Town Cemetery at Flat Gap, KY. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, December 7 after 5:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home.
