Sandra Kay Adams (Sandy), age 69, formerly of Lynn, West Virginia, departed this life on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at Salyersville Nursing and Rehabilitation. A daughter of the late Russell Jr. Collins and Iva Jewel Griffey Collins, of Lynn West Virginia, was born on February 19, 1950.

Sandys children will have a private memorial service along with their families, Wednesday, December 4, 2019.
