Phyllis Martin age 81 of Bean Station, Tennessee, formerly of Floyd County Kentucky,  passed away on December 13, 2019 with her loving family by her side.

Visitation will be at Hall Funeral Home in Martin, Kentucky on Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm to be followed by Funeral Service at 7:00 pm with Blain Kelly of Morristown Church of Christ, Morristown, Tennessee. There will be a private graveside service Monday.
