Gwendolyn “Gwen” Mullins Johnson, age 84, of Morehead, Ky, passed away Friday, December 13, 2019, at her home.

She was born October 24, 1935, in Elkhorn City, in Pike County, a daughter of the late Lonnie and Garnett Ratliff Mullins.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 17, 2019, 6:00PM to 9:00 PM at Lucas and Son Funeral Home, Pikeville, Ky.  Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 18, 2019, 11:00 AM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Brother Monroe Craig officiating.

Burial will follow in Johnson Memorial Park, Pikeville, Ky.
