Dr. Rudolph Ousley, age 66, of Prestonsburg, KY, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. He was born February 3, 1953 in Paintsville, KY. He was a former Board Member of the First Commonwealth Bank, Board Member of the Middle Creek Fire Department, an Alumni of the University of Kentucky and Auburn University. He was a charter member and served as a board member for many years of the Eastern KY Walking and Racking Horse Association. In 2016, he was the recipient of the Hall of Fame Award. He was a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine for over 39 years in Floyd County.

Funeral service for Dr. “Rudy” Ousley will be conducted on Thursday, December 19 at 1:00 pm in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Dave Garrett officiating. Burial will follow in the Willard Ousley Cemetery, Spurlock Creek, Prestonsburg. Visitation will be Tuesday 5-10 PM and all day Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
